Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You represent that you are not barred from using the Services under the laws of your jurisdiction and that you will comply with all applicable laws and the rules of any broker or prop firm you connect.

2. The Services

The Services may include trade signals, market commentary, a private community, and desktop software that can place trades on accounts you connect ("automation"). Signals and commentary are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Automation executes based on parameters and strategies we operate; you choose whether to enable it and on which accounts, and you remain responsible for monitoring your accounts.

3. Accounts & Conduct

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and Discord access and for all activity under them. You agree not to misuse the Services, including by sharing access, harassing others, disrupting the community, or attempting to circumvent access controls.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

• Paid tiers are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) through our payment processor, Stripe, until cancelled.
• By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on each renewal at the then-current price.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until then.
• Prices may change; we will give notice of price changes before they apply to a renewal.

5. Refund & Guarantee Policy

We stand behind our signals. If you subscribe to a paid signal tier and do not see a profit in your first month, we will, at your request, either return 100% of that month's subscription or provide your next month at no cost — your choice. To claim, contact us through a Discord support ticket or at support@convoyfx.com within 14 days of the end of your first billing month. Except as described here or as required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Software License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the ConvoyFX desktop software for your own trading while your subscription is active. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or attempt to defeat the licensing or security of the software. We may suspend or terminate licenses used in violation of these Terms or detected as unauthorized or pirated.

7. Third-Party Brokers & Prop Firms

ConvoyFX is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any broker, exchange, or prop firm. You are responsible for complying with the rules and agreements of any platform you connect, including rules on automated trading, position limits, and risk. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, fees, outages, or decisions of those platforms.

8. Performance, Risk & Hypothetical Results

Trading futures and other leveraged instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose more than your initial investment. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

Any performance figures shown — including win rates, points captured, risk/reward ratios, and payout figures — reflect historical, simulated, or hypothetical results. Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading and may not reflect the impact of market factors such as liquidity or slippage. Simulated programs are generally designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and individual results will vary.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SIGNALS OR AUTOMATION WILL BE PROFITABLE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONVOYFX AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConvoyFX and its owners, operators, and providers from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your trading activity, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ConvoyFX operates, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis, and you and ConvoyFX waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
