What is ConvoyFX?

ConvoyFX is a signals and software service for NQ and ES futures traders. We share real-time trade signals from consistently profitable traders, and we offer desktop software that can automate trading on accounts you connect. We are an informational and educational service — not a financial adviser.

Are your signals financial advice?

No. Signals and commentary are provided for informational and educational purposes only and are not financial, investment, or trading advice, nor a recommendation or solicitation to trade. You are always responsible for your own decisions. See our Terms of Service for the full disclosure.

What's the difference between the tiers?

• Ride Along (free): community access, daily recaps, and verified performance logs.
• Full Fleet Access: real-time NQ & ES signals with exact entries, targets, and stops.
• ConvoyBot: our fully automated proprietary strategy running on your connected accounts.
• Convoy CopyBot: copytrading of all ConvoyBot and signal strategies, fully hands-off.

How does the automation (ConvoyBot / CopyBot) work?

You install the desktop app, connect your prop or broker account, and choose whether to enable automation. When enabled, the software places and manages trades based on our strategy, with Prop Guard enforcing your firm's risk rules. You can start, stop, and monitor everything from the app at any time.

What do I need to run the bot?

• A supported prop or broker account (for example, a TopstepX-connected account).
• A Windows or macOS computer to run the desktop app.
• An active subscription to a tier that includes automation.

Is automated trading allowed by my prop firm?

Rules vary by firm and change over time. It is your responsibilityto confirm that automated/copy trading and our strategy are permitted under your firm's current rules before enabling automation. Prop Guard is designed to help you stay within common limits, but you remain responsible for compliance with your firm.

Do you guarantee profits?

No. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss, and no one can guarantee results. Performance figures we show are historical, simulated, or hypothetical and are not a promise of future returns. Individual results vary.

What is your refund / guarantee policy?

If you subscribe to a paid signal tier and don't see a profit in your first month, we'll either refund 100% of that month or give you the next month free — your choice. Just open a support ticket within 14 days of the end of your first billing month. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then. Reach out in Discord or email support@convoyfx.com if you need help.
