1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Account & identity: your Discord username and ID and the email address you use to sign up or check out.
• Payment information: processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not collect or store full card numbers; we receive limited transaction details (e.g., the last four digits, status, and subscription tier).
• Communications: messages you send us through Discord support tickets, email, or other channels.

Information collected automatically

• Usage & device data: IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, and similar analytics collected through our hosting and analytics providers.
• Software telemetry: our desktop application periodically reports operational data tied to your license — application version, operating system, online status, guard state, and aggregate profit-and-loss figures — so we can deliver updates, provide support, and maintain service integrity.
• Cookies & similar technologies: used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Brokerage and prop-firm credentials: when you connect a trading account, those credentials are used by the software to operate on your behalf. We do not seek to collect or retain your brokerage passwords or API keys on our servers beyond what is necessary to provide the Service, and we never sell them.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including signal delivery, software licensing, and automated trading features you enable.
• To process payments, manage subscriptions, and apply our refund and guarantee policies.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To deliver software updates and maintain security, including detecting fraud, abuse, and unauthorized or pirated copies.
• To send service-related communications and, where permitted, occasional product updates (you can opt out of non-essential messages).
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

• Service providers (processors) that help us operate, including Stripe (payments), Discord (authentication and community), and our hosting and analytics providers. They may access information only to perform services for us.
• Third-party platforms you connect (such as your prop firm or broker). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
• Legal & safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ConvoyFX, our users, or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We then delete or anonymize it.

5. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residentshave rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of "sales" or "sharing" (we do not sell personal information). EU/UK residents have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR. To exercise any right, contact us at support@convoyfx.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International Users

We operate in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
